This PR introduces a structured set of CLI subcommands under mcp for managing MCP server configurations in different scopes (workspace, global, profile). Highlights:
mcp add: Add or update a server entry with support for custom env vars, timeout, and scoped storage
mcp remove: Remove a server entry from the specified scope/profile
mcp list: Display all configured servers across scopes
mcp import: Bulk import MCP server configurations from a file, with optional overwrite
mcp status: Show status for a specific server across all scopes
